Our team is happy to be working here with one another. Whether you are in our offices in person or on a Google Meet from across the world, you can see smiles and hear laughter among our employees. We celebrate each other constantly. Whether it’s a teammate’s baby shower, picking up a new 100- unit building, or receiving praise from a tenant—we strive to celebrate and cheer each other on loudly.


We are a team of problem solvers. We value an individual’s ability to find solutions to any problem that may arise in our daily work. When problems or issues are complex, you will see our employees discussing as teams and figuring out solutions collaboratively. You will never see our employees just dropping off their issues for another teammate to resolve.


We value and invest in our employees’ individual growth, training and education. A significant portion of all new employees’ first six weeks are spent training and getting up to speed on our policies and processes. This training program is comprehensive for all positions and our new hires can be confident that they are equipped with all of the right tools and trainings. After this initial period, we have on-going trainings, workshops and seminars at least once a quarter. In addition to our structured trainings, our Company also purchases or subsidizes any books, trainings, training materials, seminars, courses, certifications, etc. that would help an employee better do their job for the Company.
